Shipping policy

A. SHIPPING TIME

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within 2 or 3 working days of purchase.

However, shipping times may vary due to availability of the merchandise. All orders include tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by Bpost, DPD or UPS.

B. SHIPPING CANCELLATION

Once the order is placed, we cannot make any changes or cancellations prior to shipping.
